There are currently three branches of HGH in Northern Indiana, located in Mishawaka, Nappannee, and Elkhart. Cost is $40 per family per semester, and a waiting list is updated before every semester. Each semester consists of 9-12 weekly meetings at which parent members choose to serve as teachers, snack coordinators, activity planners, prayer group leaders, etc. Each meeting begins with 20 minutes of worship and announcements, followed by four 45 minute class periods. Teachers meet with a small group for fellowship and refreshments during one of the four class periods. Field trips, yearbook, and end of semester programs are a few more highlights.
