I am running online Minecraft Clubs for students ages 8 - 18. They are split into three levels (8-11, 11-14, 14-18). The overlap is on purpose, so parents can determine the most appropriate age group for students who are on the border of two groups.
All groups will be using Minecraft Education Edition (license included in club membership). It makes sharing worlds easy and ensures no one has any iffy skins.
