Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Home Schoolers!!! Ages 5-12 Wednesdays @10:30am(additional class times available in the near future). Each student will learn the values of: Self Defense, Fitness, Discipline, Respect, Focus and Awareness. Classes consist of a dynamic warm-up, instruction of technique, situational training/sparring, and end with a fun game to aid in student progression. Classes are co-ed and a great opportunity to practice social skills in a safe environment.
