If you are a home schooled student who wants to be part of a competitive and fun cross country and 5k running team, then look no further. Rutherford County Mustangs is for you! The team is open for boys and girls in 2nd to 12th grade. No prior running experience is required, but the participant should be willing to train hard. Team practices are three days per week in the Murfreesboro area. The cross country season is August to October. The 5k season is February to May.
Sport physical and release form are required for each runner.
