Kidokinetics Sports & PE program is designed as a comprehensive physical education program for home schooled children and/or those seeking to add additional physical education to their weekly schedule. Through the introduction of a variety of sports and physical activities, our program teaches children the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to participate in a variety of sports and physical activities, to understand the importance of healthful physical activity and to develop core competencies in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns.
