This is a fabulous museum depicting the nautical heritage of the Great Lakes region, specifically with relation to shipwrecks on the Great Lakes. A memorial to the Edmund Fitzgerald also includes the ship's bell. Numerous displays are included in several buildings on the premises. There is also a walkway to Lake Superior. Hours daily 10-6 May 1-October 31. Admission $12 adults, $8 children 6-17, family rate $32.
