This tour takes visitors to the seventh level of the Quincy Copper Mine, about 400 feet underground. Included is a tour of the building where the mine hoist is housed, a ride on a tram down to the location where the tour enters the mine and a tour of the actual seventh level of the mine which is no longer operational. Several buildings are available and include a model railroad and mineral displays in addition to other exhibits. Excellent and informative. Summer hours daily 9:30-5. Admission $18 adults, $9 ages 6-12. Call for additional information.
