HEAT stands for Home Education Athletics of Tyler, but a secondary meaning is He Enables All Things, for HEAT’s purpose is to glorify God through providing home school families the opportunity to participate in competitive secondary level team sports. It was started in 2010 with a middle school 6 man football team and middle school boys and girls track team. HEAT currently offers 6 man football for high school and middle school boys, cross country, basketball, and track and field for high school and middle school boys and girls. We have offered high school cheer squad, but need a sponsor / coach to continue.
