Pros: While we have all heard the story of David and Goliath; this book tells the story from the point of view of a Philistine boy named Galen. The perspective is that of a young man who looks up to and admires Goliath. Yet, through a series of circumstances Galen comes in contact with the Israelites and their God. It is an old story told in a way to interest every youngster. It is an exciting book that boys especially will enjoy.
